Dr. Stewart Chapman attended both Texas Tech University and Texas A&M and graduated in 1984. He spent the next several years working as a stock and commodities broker when he decided he wanted a career change. His decision to become a chiropractor stemmed from recurring back pain which had prevented him from playing sports in junior high school. After he received treatment from his childhood chiropractor he was able to play football, basketball and run track. The relief he experienced at such a young age influenced him to pursue this area of medical care. He attended Parker College of Chiropractic and was class president and student body president while there. He graduated with honors in 1993. Dr. Chapman and his wife, Karen, have been married for 24 years. He is a deacon in his church and teaches sunday school. He is also a member of the local Rotary club and he enjoys football, bicycling and soccer. When asked what he loved most about his career he stated," Seeing Patients become pain-free and doing things they could not have ddone before coming to the clinic."
